1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply when you use the MK Garden Cabin Solution website or engage us for log cabin installation, cabin painting, wooden bases by agreement, and related services across the UK. By requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Quotes and bookings
Quotes are valid for the period stated (typically 30 days) and are subject to site access and conditions. A booking is confirmed when you accept the quote in writing (email or signed agreement) and, where applicable, pay any deposit we have agreed. We will confirm start dates and timelines in writing.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be set out in your quote or contract. We may require a deposit before work starts and the balance on completion or in stages for larger projects. Late payment may attract interest and we reserve the right to suspend work until payment is received.
4. Cancellation and changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please tell us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms (including any deposit retention) will be set out in your quote or contract. We may need to reschedule work due to weather, access, or other factors; we will give you notice where possible.
5. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us atmk.cabin.installation@gmail.com or 07438447877. We will try to resolve any issue promptly. If we cannot resolve it, you may have rights under consumer law; we will cooperate with any reasonable resolution process.
6. Liability
We carry insurance and will perform our services with reasonable skill and care. Our liability is limited as set out in your contract and in line with applicable law. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g. severe weather, access issues).
